How to Choose and Book Your Perfect Tour or Holiday

Booking Procedure

Find answers to your questions about our booking procedure. From your first enquiry to payments of deposit and balance to returning home. From start to finish we are there for you every step of the way. And your money is fully protected by our independent trust account with PTS. If you have more question please feel free to contact us directly via our contact form, telephone or email.

Find your perfect holiday by destination, interest and accommodation style. Look on the website for inspiration and contact us with your initial plans and ideas.

Our specialty is tailor making trips. However, we offer tailor-made trip ideas and small group trips. For any destination we can design a trip specific to your requirements.

Both the trip tailor-made trip ideas and small group trips can be used as a starting point or you may want to create something totally unique – contact us to start planning.

When you are happy with your detailed day-to-day travel plan and quotation, then we can book.

Before making your booking, please ensure you read and agree to our booking conditions.

To make a booking we will need to receive a minimum deposit from you, which is 20% of the holiday cost (or £200 – whichever is greater). We may occasionally require more should suppliers require extra payments or deposits, but we will advise you if that is the case.

Payment may be made by an online link by credit or debit card which we will send you. This goes straight into the PTS Travel Trust Account. Payment can also be made by BACS into the Trust Account.

Name: Trustees of PTS Air Travel Trust

Account Number: 83664597

Sort Code: GB82HBUK40401483664597

BIC: HBUKGB4B

If making payment by BACS please ensure you enter your unique client reference number and surname – ask us if unsure.

All funds paid into the PTS Trust are held and protected for use towards your holiday only. Payments out may only be made to suppliers as deposits and then final payments. Your monies cannot be used for any thing else other than your trip and supplier failure insurance is also included. For more about how the PTS Trust protects you visit their website here. Our membership number is clearly displayed in the footer bar below.

At this point we will ‘firm up’ any accommodation or other reservations which have been held provisionally.

In case provisional reservations have lapsed or have not been held we will secure alternatives of the same or superior standard.

Please complete full details of everyone travelling on your booking in on our online booking form.

We will need full details of passports, and in some instances copies of passports.

We will also need copies of flight tickets booked by yourselves and in some instances weight of travelers (usually if taking small charter flights or horse-riding).

We cover your booking from our side by our supplier failure insurance and Travel Trust Fund.

However, Travel Insurance which will cover you in other instances is compulsory for all our tours.

You should book this at the time of booking the tour so that you are covered for any eventuality which may arise between the time of booking and completion of travel

We will send you full confirmation, together with all the information you need to prepare for your holiday.

We require full payment at least ten weeks before departure (70 Days). If you are making your booking within ten weeks, full payment will be needed when you book.

We will send final documents for your trip, including any vouchers or tickets needed by our in-country representatives and suppliers.

The time has come! Have a wonderful journey! Along with back up on the ground from our local representatives, we will be on call 24 hours a day until you return home.

We would appreciate any feedback about your trip on your return – positive is always great! And while we expect all trips to run well in the case of any difficulties encountered it is important to let us know as soon as you return so that improvements can be made where possible.
